Modelling equipment, moulds and tools
Sophisticated production technology leads to success
We rely on our many years of experience. For machining steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastic materials, we use modern CNC technology as well as classic machinery.
At Seco Industries, s.r.o., we manufacture modelling equipment, cores, punches, dies, benders, process tools, inspection, machining and welding jigs. We mainly supply external customers with permanent moulds and moulds for low and high pressure casting of aluminium alloys.
CNC machining
In the production process, we use CNC milling centres MCV 750 SPEED, MCV 1000 SPEED, MCV 1270 SPEED, MCFV 1680, CNC lathe Masturn 32 CNC, MT 550i CNC, milling and boring machine WHQ 105 CNC, plane grinder ESG 2040 TDNC. On the MCFV 1680, after installing the NIKEN 5 AX-350 tilting rotary table, we machine continuously in four and five axes. We use the HAIMER Power clamp for attaching the tools to the holders. According to the customer's requirements, we can use intermediate annealing in an electric resistance furnace.
Standard machining
In conventional machining we work with lathes, milling machines, horizontal and cylindrical grinders. The materials are cut with a saw marked 380+SAF.
Manual workstation
At the manual workplace we perform finishing and assembly work on moulds, pressure moulds, model devices, stamping machines, bending machines and jigs. All with the help of the VT 600 thread cutter with articulated arm. We also use the ENESKA 3-2 grinding and polishing system for the treatment and processing of functional surfaces.
Construction
We use Creo, SolidWorks and HSM Works for CAD/CEM data creation.
Wire erosion
We use wire erosion to produce complex and demanding parts in hardened materials with the required precision.
Wire erosion workplace
We produce and finish shapes in hardened materials that cannot be finished by CNC by wire erosion.
